Please take note that my art style is constantly evolving and changing. I will use my own art as references to be as close as possible, but I always look for improvement, so there might be differences between the examples and the illustrations you will receive (always for the best in my own eyes)

▸I CAN'T draw furry or NSFW.
▸Prices may fluctuate or change at any time, depending on demand, quality increase and time needed, and I have the rights to adjust them.
▸Please do credit HaraHoshino when posting/using any of my work.
▸You may NOT use my artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future developments in the technology.
▸I have the rights to decline commission request for any reason.
▸I will accept visual references only. I will not take written references.
▸You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
▸If you would like me to wait to post the image for privacy reasons/new design/debut/etc please let me know before hand.
▸If you break my TOS for ANY reason you will be added to my blacklist. This includes but is not limited to issuing chargebacks, refund requests, editing or modifying my art without my (the artists) consent etc.PAYMENTS
▸All payments are to be paid upfront.
▸Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in cancellation.
▸Do state if someone else is paying on your behalf.REVISIONS
▸Sketches with colors and show you, ask for any changes. After everything is good I will proceed to finish it.
▸You may request any amount of character mistake revisions during the initial sketch check-in. Any further revisions due to personal taste will incur a small fee. Any revisions during coloring or line art will require a large fee or for your commission to be cancelled.
▸Skeb like commissions will have no wips so please be aware of this before commissioning said commission types.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸Delivery will vary depending on your order's complexity, needs, quantity and my work load.
▸When the WIP is started, the process may take up to 6 days - 4 weeks to finish the commission depending on the details and quantity. Let me know if you have a hard deadline, though rush fees may be applied.USE
▸Commissioned artworks may NOT be used for commercial use without prior discussion! (e.g printing the commission as a keychain and selling it without my permission) Commercial use will cost an additional fee.▸Final piece MAY be used on social media (icons, thumbnails, headers, etc.)REFUNDS
▸I will only offer refunds if I have not started your commission, please ask me before hand. Otherwise, a refund is not possible.COMMUNICATION
